THESSALY, Krannon. Circa 462/1-460 BC. AR Obol (12mm, 1.05 g, 5h). Bull’s head facing, restrained by the half-length figure of a hero (Thessalos) facing left / Head and neck of horse left within incuse square. Liampi, Corpus 1/2 (V1/R1) corr. (V1 and V2 are the same die); BCD Thessaly II 112 (same dies). Good VF, toned, some die wear and die deterioration, small flan chip. Rare.
