CAROLVS D : G : MA BR : FR : ET HI : REX, bust 2 left, crowned and mantled; V to right / CVLTORES SVI DEVS PROTEGIT, crowned and garnished coat-of-arms. Cf. Brooker 193 (for type); Schneider 228 (same obv. die); North 2181; SCBC 2711. VF, attractive coppery-red toning around the devices.
