SICILY, Syracuse. Second Democracy. 466-405 BC. AR Tetradrachm (23mm, 16.80 g, 3h). Obverse die signed by Euainetos. Struck circa 413-405 BC. Charioteer driving fast quadriga right; above, Nike flying left, crowning charioteer; EYAINETO in tiny letters on exergue line (only a trace visible), wheel in exergue / Head of Arethusa left; four dolphins around. Tudeer 38 (O12/R20); SNG ANS 267 (same dies). VF, toned, struck with broken obverse die. Rare die combination, only two recorded by Tudeer.
