GROUP OF FOUR: 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19; Royal Air Force Meritorious Service Medal (GVR). G.D.Rogers A.B. on first medal, 236 Cpl. G.D.Rogers. A.F.C. A.I.F. on second and third medals, 236 Cpl Mec: G.D.Rogers A.F.C. on last medal. All medals impressed. Court mounted, contact marks and cleaned, otherwise fine.

Awarded the 1914-15 Star as a Navy Able Seaman with Naval & Military Expeditionary Force to New Guinea and his other medals were awarded for service with the Australian Flying Corps, A.I.F.

MSM: LG 3/6/1919, p6918; CAG 113, 6/10/1919, p1465 awarded for services in Egypt.
