ANTωNЄI-N[OC CЄBACT], laureate head of Antoninus Pius right / [TYANЄωN] T Π T [I]ЄP ACY AY[T] / / ЄΤ/ΘΙ (= yr 19 = A.D. ) , Tyche seated left on throne decorated with griffin, holding grain ears and bunch of grapes; resting arm on griffin's wing, resting foot on river-god Euphrates, swimming left below / ЄΤ/ΘΙ (= yr 19 = A.D. 156/7) in field to left. RPC IV online (temp) 5741, 15; SNG Copenhagen 317; BMC 5-6. Near VF / VF, dark green patina, lighter green deposits in recesses and fields; uneven strike losing half of the letters in each face's legend.
All the other examples of this piece I can find have the date divided between left and right fields, this is seemingly unique to have it in two lines in left field
