Stater (Silver, 21 mm, 11.03 g, 5 h). 𐡁𐡏𐡋𐡕𐡓𐡆 ('b'ltrs' in Aramaic) Baaltars seated left on backless throne, his body turned to front, holding an eagle, a grain ear and a vine branch with a bunch of grapes in his right hand, and long scepter in his left; to lower left, 𐡍𐡑 ('ns'). Rev. 𐡌𐡆𐡓𐡂 ('mzdy' in Aramaic) Lion attacking bull to left. Casabonne Series 2, group C. SNG Paris 333-4 var. (with additional letter below throne). A bright, sharp and well centered piece. A die break on the obverse and the reverse slightly rough, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
