SICILY. Gela. Circa 420-405 BC. Tetras or Trionkion (Bronze, 17 mm, 3.24 g, 10 h). ΓΕΛAΣ Bull standing right; in exergue, three pellets (mark of value). Rev. Horned head of young river god to right; behind, barley grain. Jenkins, Gela, 516. SNG ANS 117. The obverse somewhat weakly struck, otherwise, very fine.
