Comes with card stating that Dvr.Mercer died 20/6/1903 with 66 Battery, the second with 4 bars, South Africa 1901, Transvaal, Orange Free State and Cape Colony, awarded to 7269 Bugler R.W.Hall 2nd Lancashire Fusiliers. NEF. Enlisted London, declared unfit 27/7/1902
