China Deutsch-Asiatische Bank - Hankow 1 Dollar 1.3.1907 Pick S261s Specimen. A very rare and seldom seen Deutsch-Asiatische Bank One Dollar in Specimen form. The bank had their head office in Shanghai, but this was printed for their Hankow branch in central China. It is a large sized note with a deep blue and rose pink color. Germania can be seen on the right with spear, and the German eagle top left. A lovely dragon vignette is noticed below the German seal. Specimen marked largely on the back. The last example to show up on the auction block in 2012 realized $12,371 for an About Uncirculated example. This example grades PMG Uncirculated 62 with comments of stains. HID08701242017
