Patraus (ca. 335-315 BC). AR tetradrachm (26mm, 12.76 gm, 9h). Damastion (?), c. 135/4 BC. Laureate head of Apollo right / Π - ΟΑ - Ρ - ΤΑΥ (sic, for ΠATPOY), mounted warrior on horse rearing right, spearing enemy warrior holding spear and shield, falling backwards before horse. Paeonian Hoard 497 (same dies). Scattered light pitting on obverse, otherwise well centered on a broad flan and lightly toned. Nearly Extremely Fine.
