Aquitaine. Edward (The Black Prince) gold Leopard d'Or ND (1327-77), Fr-11, AU55 NGC, a choice example with light original patina and well-struck details. Crowned Leopard obverse with foliated cross on the reverse. Very scarce type and grade. Struck in July of 1357 with anglo-gallic titles. A highly popular type with the distinctive leopard design.
