William III Crown 1700, S-3474, 3rd Bust, edge not readable in slab, MS63 PCGS, lustrous and choice, lots of mint-made adjustments through the king's hair but the portrait is appealing nonetheless, reverse shield very bold except for the bottom crown, numerous tiny haymarks in the metal alloy (haymarks are oxidized tin in the silver), and the coin is graced by lovely golden blue iridescent toning, adding a measure of eye-appeal.From The Estate of John C. Hugon.
