Conder Token collection 1790 -1797, Sixty-two piece lot of tokens from the final decade of the 18th century, all copper and probably all of the Conder classification. The great majority are 1/2 pence (by size and weight) while a few are "farthing" size and about 3 larger. While 8 pieces are apparently undated, the rest have dates as follows. 1790 (1), 1791 (3), 1792 (3), 1793 (12), 1794 (16), 1795 (11), 1796 (6) and 1797 (2). Without too much study, it appears all might be different types or major varieties. The quality seems typical for the issues, mostly quite attractive, none obviously damaged, and a few quite pleasant. Grades are VG to nearly UNC with the median around EF. Sold as is, NO Return. Dana Roberts Collection and Study Group.
Estimate: 1000.00-2000.00 USD
