LUCANIA. Paestum (Poseidonia). period of the Second Punic War, 218-201 BC. Uncia (Bronze, 13 mm, 2.28 g, 6 h). Diademed and draped bust of Artemis to right, with bow and quiver over her shoulder. Rev. ΠAIS / Q•VA Grain ear, with mark of value (•) to upper right. Crawford, Paestum 9/4. HN Italy 1212. A well preserved, scarce issue with a lovely green patina. Good very fine.
