DIVVS ANTONINVS Bare-headed bust of Antoninus Pius to right, with slight drapery on his far shoulder. Rev. CONSECRATIO / S C Four-tiered funeral pyre, decorated with garlands and surmounted by a quadriga. Banti 77. BMC 872 (M. Aurelius and L. Verus). Cohen 165. RIC 1266 var. (M. Aurelius, no drapery). A scarce variant with a lovely apple-green patina. Minor scratches on the reverse, otherwise, good fine.
