Anonymous, time of Justinian I, circa 530. Half-siliqua (Silver, 14 mm, 0.83 g, 12 h), Constantinople. Helmeted and draped bust of Constantinopolis to right. Rev. Large K. Bendall, Anonymous Type 8. Vagi 3051. Toned and with an unusually attractive bust on the obverse. Some scrapes, scratches and traces of corrosion, otherwise, good very fine.
