Isaac Comnenus, usurper in Cyprus, 1185-1191. Tetarteron (Bronze, 20 mm, 4.11 g, 5 h), Secondary mint, c. 1187-1191(?). EMMA-NOYΛ(sic!) Christ Pantokrator enthroned facing; his right hand raised in benediction. Rev. [ICAAKIOC] ΔECΠOTIC Isaac standing facing, being crowned by the Virgin Mary. DOC 10a. SB 1998. In surprisingly good condition for the type. Usual striking flatness on both sides, otherwise, extremely fine.
