Confronted crowned busts of Ferdinand, on left, and Isabella, on right; above, cross with pellet in each angle; between, S surrounded by pellets / Eagle with spread wings bearing crowned arms. ME 2937; Frieberg 129. A well struck example of the type used to finance Columbus' voyage of exploration. Extremely fine.
