Israel - Tel Aviv waas city note - 100 mil - 1948.

the lack of small change at the time of the establishment of the state of israel in May 1948 created difficulties in the Municipality of Tel-Aviv in the process of the collection of taxes. The Municipality of the Tel-Aviv therefore issued coupons to be used as change when collecting the taxes.

Very rare! from all those notes knowen just less than 5000 of 50 and 100 mil together that have left.
