A silver-color medal given to participants in donors to the poor.

In the front, in the center of the medal a drawing of a hand that gives a donation to a hand spreaded to charity, whose continuation turns into a blooming plant, with the inscription "קופת הצדקה המרכזית" next to it. On the margins there are the following words in Rashi script: "הצלחה", "בריאות", "ברכה", "פרנסה", "ישועה" with separating leaves between them.

In the back, a drawing of the Menorah in the center, and on the margins there are the following words in Rashi script: "הצלחה", "בריאות", "ברכה", "פרנסה", "ישועה".
