TENASSERIM-PEGU: Anonymous, 17th-18th century, cast large tin coin (48.71g), Robinson-, Phayre-Plate III.3 (obverse only), 69mm, mythical hintha bird facing right, with long tail rising above, extra feathers along its back, and holding a 9-leaf branch in its beak // Burmese ta-weh (for the city of Dawei in Tenasserim Province), beautifully preserved, 1 small natural casting hole, choice EF-AU, RRR.
