SOGDIANA: "Khono", late 5th Century, AR drachm (2.87g), Chaghanian region, Kuznetsov-13, counterstamped Baktrian "khono" and tamgha on Peroz, Göbl-174, DA (Darabjird), undated, nice VF, R, ex William F. Spengler. From a small hoard of Sogdian drachms acquired by Spengler, which he set aside, hoping to publish the hoard in the future, but never finished.
