Teutonic Order. Maximilian of Austria 2 Taler 1614 AU50 NGC, Hall mint, KM30, Dav-5854. This heavy double-taler issue displays a prized appearance for a lightly circulated issue, with toned fields revealing little in the way of handling marks and pleasing areas of rainbow coloration most prominent along the peripheries. An all-around laudable example, especially considering that NGC has not certified a single example in the Mint State range to-date.
