Crowned king with sword and shield standing facing in ship / Floriate cross with Є in central quadrilobe, cross potent mm. Struck during the 9-year period of the Treaty of Brétigny in which Edward III surrendered his claim to the French throne. Crimped flan, otherwise pleasing detail with much luster present.
