Charles III gold 8 Escudos 1763 LM-JM XF40 NGC, Lima mint, KM70, Onza-675. A rather appealing example of the renowned and highly sought "Rat Nose" type. Decent clarity observed within the details, some minor indications of a brief stint in circulation, and an isolated scuff at the 11 o'clock of the reverse legend noted for sake of accuracy, but which does little to diminish fundamental charm of the piece as a whole.
