M COMMODVS ANTONI-NVS PIVS FELIX AVG BRIT, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Commodus right, seen from front / Sol standing right, holding whip, about to climb into quadriga rising right over waves; Phosphorus in upper right field, Tellus reclining right on ground, holding cornucopiae. COS VI P P in exergue. C 70. Gnecchi p. 52, 3 and pl. 78, 3. Extremely rare and a very interesting reverse type.
