ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla right, seen from behind / P M T-R P XVIII COS IIII P P, Caracalla standing left, sacrificing over altar, before temple in which statue of Aesculapius; small child holding wand to left of statue, vexillum between statue and emperor, attendant to far right.
