Philip I, with Philip II as Caesar (AD 244-249). AE medallion (39mm, 56.03 gm, 12h). NGC Fine 5/5 - 3/5, smoothing. Rome, special emission, AD 244. CONCORDIA AVGVSTORVM, bare headed bust of Philip II right, draped and cuirassed, seen from front, vis-à-vis laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip I left, seen from front / CONCORDIA AVGVSTORVM, Concordia or Otacilia Severa standing right, clasping hands with Philip I, standing left, holding roll. cf. Gnecchi pl. 109, 10 = Banti p. 44, 3 (same obv. die, different rev. type). green-brown patina with a few areas of red. Unique and unpublished.
