D N PETRONIVS MA-XIMVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Petronius Maximus right, seen from front / VICTORI-A AVGGG, emperor standing facing, long cross in right hand, Victory on globe in left, right foot on man-headed serpent; R-M across fields, COMOB in exergue. RIC X 2201. Depeyrot 48/3. Lacam 6 (this coin). A very nice example of this extremely rare emperor who only ruled for 76 days.
