Head of Athena right, hair in three parallel corkscrew curls, wearing triple-crested Corinthian helmet pushed back on head, the bowl decorated with a griffin / AΛEΞANΔPOY / BA-ΣIΛEΩΣ, Nike standing left, holding wreath and stylis; kerykeion in left field, AP monogram in left field under wing. Price 3331. Beautiful style with flashy luster in protected surfaces areas. Flan flaw on cheek, scratches on reverse noted for accuracy.
