Diademed head of Mithradates VI right, with windswept hair / BAΣIΛEΩΣ / MIΘPAΔATOY / EYΠATOPOΣ, stag grazing left; star in crescent above ΣΚΑΕΩ monogram to left, ГKΣ (date) above ΗΠΥΚΕΙ monogram to right, I (month) in exergue, all within Dionysiac wreath of ivy and fruit. HGC 7, 340. DCA 692. SNG Copenhagen 236 (same dies). Fantastic strike on a broad flan of good metal, with frosty surfaces.
