Perhaps the finest survivor of this gold Proof denomination, drenched in apricot-gold color and with absolute cameo-producing frost atop the raised features. Closer inspection reveals deeply reflective mirrors that are without any forms of handling, confirming gem status, and satisfying the viewer. Currently unsurpassed in this technical grade at either NGC or PCGS, and with exceptional pedigrees to boot. The last example that we handled (a PR66 Cameo NGC) hammered for $19,000 in our 2017 NYINC, and we expect a similar result for this incomparable jewel.
