Uncertain eastern mint, possibly Jerusalem, Alexandria on Cyprus, 2nd officina, AD 613-618. d d N N hЄRACLIЧS ЄT hЄRA CONST P P AV, facing busts of Heraclius, bearded (on left) and Heraclius Constantine, smaller and beardless (on right), each wearing chlamys and elaborate crown; cross above / VICTORIA-AVΣЧ B, cross potent on small globe on four steps; CONOB below. cf. The attribution of this scarce solidus type to Jerusalem is no longer widely accepted, although an Eastern military mint is considered certain.
