Handsomely and subtly toned over expertly engraved devices with a minor unevenness in the flan producing a colorful play of light when rotated in hand. A very historic issue, struck to simultaneously mark the death of Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand III and the assumption of the Imperial Vicar's office by Johann as elector of Saxony until a new emperor could be elected.
