Great Britain
George III copper Proof Bank Dollar of 5 Shillings 1804 PR63 Brown PCGS, KM-Tn1a, ESC-1956 (R3). A highly desirable copper striking of this popular Bank of England coinage, the fields deeply chocolaty with an almost brown porcelain-like appearance, the whole of the stamp expertly cut with a razor-sharp level of detail particularly observable in the legends and the denticles. A small nick is to be noted on the reverse for the sake of completeness. Mislabeled on the holder as ESC-1955.
