George IV silver Electrotype Waterloo Medal 1819 (1849), by Benedetto Pistrucci, Eimer-1067, BHM-870. Issued to celebrate the defeat of Napoleon and to honor the four victorious Sovereigns. Nearly Mint State with amazing engraving, minor corrosion, and flan flaws. Never struck as a regular medal, 20 sets of electrotypes shells were produced. The very small "Pistrucci" is clearly present on both sides. Rare.
