Madura Island. Sumenep Counterstamped Gulden ND (1811-1854) XF Details (Environmental Damage) NGC, cf. KM193.1-4 (unrecorded host), KM352 (for host). Displaying star counterstamp (XF Standard) on a Madras Presidency 1/4 Pagoda ND (1808) of British India. The only example of this host from the series that we have been able to locate, and incredibly covetable as such, both the host and the stamp in a rather attractive state of preservation, with the noted "damage" perhaps referring to some non-distracting residue.
