Specimen overprints, serial numbers and punch cancels. A rare note in issued form and this bright specimen has the initial appeal of a Gem offering. Strong color and vibrant detail throughout with nice centering and margins. After close examination we cannot determine the limiting factor in grade. PMG has graded just three specimens for the catalog number with one in a 58 grade and two in this Choice Uncirculated 64 state of preservation. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
