The piece itself is exceedingly rare, and shows exemplary paper quality met with bright ruby red, and fuchsia pink inks. Bold black inks provide important info such as bank, and serial numbers with the reverse of the holder in Russian. Remainders without signatures such as this are the only known pieces.
