A highly scarce TDLR produced Costa Rica design and seldom seen in any state of preservation. A full note design at the face shows here with box cars at left and vista at right. Deep purple color and limited by just some minor stains mostly in the margins. PMG comments "Minor Stains," on the back of the holder and this offering is the lone piece they have certified for the catalog number. PMG Very Fine 30.
