Specimen overprints, serial numbers and punch cancels. An important offering on this higher denomination Kingdom of Libya design and one that is scarce in any form. This offering shows a terrific color combination and retains nicely embossed paper. A sheet fold at right is seemingly the only limiting factor in grade.
