Rwanda-Burundi. 1961. Printed by TDLR. An extremely rare issued note north of VF condition, and virtually impossible to find with an EPQ designation. Out of the 6 total issued pieces certified by PMG, this grades the finest, and is the only note at any PMG grade level with an EPQ designation. An AU58 is the closest on their population report to this example. Extremely vibrant color and excellent centering. The note looks like it just came off the press. This note will pair excellently with the 1000 Franc Zebra we are also offering. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
