Allegorical women in a porthole-like vignette at upper center. Arms at the sides within the detailed border of the design. A bright orange and muted green tint found in the centrical design. A BWC London Specimen perforation found at the bottom of the note. This is the first example of the type we have offered and the only PMG certified example. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
