Specimen. Printed by TDLR. A Treasury 5 Pound specimen note from the first issue belonging to the Government of Tonga. Deep blue inks. Trees and a floral like design make up the border on the obverse of the note, with a crest seen at center. The reverse shows detailed lathework in a bold blue with the denomination at all four corners. Perforated cancelled with TDLR specimen stamps on the front and back. A seldom seen "Return to Record & Specimen Department" Stamp on the bottom left of the face. PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.
