Although a little weakly struck near the rims, this example maintains uncommon originality, with almost no marks over highly lustrous surfacing and eye catching tone that is heavy in green and amber hue with a number of other variations seen upon close inspection. Although assigned to the same catalog number as the MS-63 in this sale, it is worth noting that stylistically, the dragon, as well as other components of the design, are very different.
