KM-107; Restr-196.1. Spectacular quality for the issue and quite possibly the finest know, boasting exceptional luster in the satiny fields and an extreme absence of marks over both sides. The single finest graded by NGC and comparable but nicer to the Eldorado specimen, with both displaying slight softness in the DIEZ in DIEZ REALES, but this coin showing none of the minor planchet issues present on the Eldorado example. That piece, the finest graded at PCGS (MS-64) realized $4,560 in our 2018 ANA sale.
