KM-Pn4. Struck in copper. A RARE off-metal striking of this elusive Taler, which shows full detail up to the highest points of the design with attractive iridescence in the glossy fields and remnants of red coloration within the outer legends. The finest we've seen of the type, easily besting the only other example in digitally archived auction records; that piece, with several large spots, brought 3800 Euros hammer (approximately $4,800 at the time) when it was last offered by Kunker in 2012.
