Impressive Gem quality for this key Filipino issue with lovely yellow golden tone in the centers, delicate russet accents at the edges and dazzling cartwheel luster that adorns the clean fields.CONDITIONALLY RARE and very desirable in this quality, with no finer examples seen by NGC and two pieces, one graded MS-66 and the other MS-67, certified by PCGS.
