Fr-249; HMZ-2-293e. Obverse: Imperial eagle bears Geneva arms, "GENEVA CIVITAS" around; Reverse: Sun with "IHS" at center, "POST TENEBRAS LVX" around. Struck in pale yellow gold with bold central designs, an instance or two of softness at the legends, but pleasing crispness in the date. Highly desirable as one of the first gold coins issued in Geneva.
