DC-15cS 25 Cents 2.1.1900 Specimen PCGS Choice About New 58PPQ. A rare Specimen from the 1900 fractional issue featuring the seated Britannia vignette. Seen on this example is the signature of J. C. Saunders, a red "Specimen" overprint, and two POCs. Excellent paper quality, bold inks, and great centering all highlight the very desirable piece. This is the first appearance in one of our auctions, and despite a tiny bend, is lovely and fully Gem in appearance. From the Yuri Solovey Collection of Canada HID08701242017
